1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CheapRanker ("the Service"), operated by SkyStamper Pte Ltd (UEN pending), a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free account holders and paying subscribers.

2. The Service

CheapRanker is a web-based SEO toolset. Current products include:

  • SERP Rank Tracking — track Google search rankings for keywords across locations and devices.
  • Cloud Sites — host lightweight websites on CheapRanker infrastructure.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits

CheapRanker operates a prepaid credits system.

  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you use chargeable features.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Bonus credits (granted as part of a pack promotion) are subject to the same conditions.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • If your credit balance reaches zero, chargeable features will be paused until you top up.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content.
  • Exceed usage limits or abuse shared infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to generate automated queries beyond reasonable personal or business use.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

6. Data & Third-Party Services

CheapRanker uses third-party data providers, including DataForSEO, to retrieve search engine result data. By using SERP features, you acknowledge that:

  • Results are sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally be incomplete or delayed.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of search engine data.
  • Your search queries may be transmitted to third-party providers in anonymised form.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, its design, code, and content are owned by SkyStamper Pte Ltd.
  • Your data (keywords, tracked domains, configurations) belongs to you.
  • You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data to operate the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
  • We do not guarantee that SERP rankings or analytics data are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SkyStamper Pte Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

  • We will create a new version with an updated effective date.
  • Logged-in users will be prompted to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
  • Your continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

Minor corrections (typos, formatting) may be made without requiring reacceptance.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you violate these Terms, or immediately if required for security or legal reasons.

On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, except where we are required to retain it by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
