SkyStamper Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use CheapRanker.

  • Billing information (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store raw card data).

  • Keywords, target domains, and locations you track.
  • SERP results and rank snapshots generated during your use of the Service.
  • Credit transaction history.
  • Timestamps and feature usage patterns.

2.3 Technical data

  • IP address, browser type, device type.
  • Session tokens.
  • Log data (errors, API calls).

2.4 Communications

  • Emails you send to our support address.
  • In-app notifications and preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Process credit purchases and maintain your account balance.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, important notices).

4. Third-Party Processors

Your search queries are transmitted to data providers in a form that does not identify you personally. We require sub-processors to handle data in compliance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
  • SERP results and rank history: retained for as long as you have an active account.
  • Credit ledger: retained for 7 years for financial record-keeping purposes.
  • Legal acceptance records: retained permanently for compliance purposes.
  • Log data: retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data held by us.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing (this may limit some Service features).
  • Data portability of your account and keyword data (on request).

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
